Keeping the change was about a sweet non profit organization that focuses on hleping poeple save money. they do this by matching a doller for every dollar you save along with government money for an additional dollar. Earn is the name of the program. it was founded in the last economic down turn.
I think its a great idea. For low income families this could be the answer to many questions. Often when saving a little money its not enuff when you really need it and all youve really done is cut yourself short before you had to spend the money anyways. With more money than just your own it really stands to help out when you need some cash.
